SHIPPING POLICY
Kyoot’s Shipping Policy varies slightly for its Prepaid [1.] and Cash on Delivery Orders [2.]. Therefore, we request you to please go through the following for a beautiful and smooth shopping experience with us. The Shipping Policy comprises the (A.) Dispatch Policy and the (B.) Delivery Policy.

1. FOR PREPAID ORDERS
(A.) Prepaid Orders Dispatch Policy
We usually take a maximum of 2 days to process and dispatch Prepaid Orders, after which our logistics team works tirelessly to deliver your Kyoot orders to your doorstep.
All orders are shipped via our Exclusive Shipping Partner Vamaship. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp Notification, an SMS Text Message as well as an Email containing your Tracking Details, Estimated Delivery Dates, Order Status and other delivery-related information.
We promise to keep you promptly notified at every step of the way.
(B.) Prepaid Orders Delivery Policy
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2-7 days depending on the delivery pin code. For an estimated delivery time frame (excluding dispatch time), please refer to the table* below.
*The estimated time frames may vary and are only accurate up to the degree of 80-85 percent. We sincerely apologise for any deviations from the above mentioned delivery time frames.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
(A.) Cash on Delivery Orders Dispatch Policy
We usually take a maximum of 2 days to process and dispatch Cash on Delivery orders, after which our logistics team works tirelessly to deliver your Kyoot orders to your doorstep.
Before dispatch, all Cash on Delivery Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Only after you assure us that you intend to actually receive the Order, do we dispatch it. We confirm Cash on Delivery Orders to reduce our carbon footprint by mitigating unnecessary shipping emissions. Additionally, we carry out confirmation to reduce packaging and product wastage to reduce our overall waste creation quantum. This confirmation is carried out via an Automated WhatsApp Message the second an Order is placed. To confirm your Order, simply click on "Confirm COD Order" when asked on WhatsApp.
If you are unable to confirm your Cash on Delivery Order via the Automated WhatsApp Message within 12 hours of placing the Order, it shall be auto-cancelled by the System. However, please feel free to place a fresh Order or reach out to us to confirm your previously-cancelled Order.
