Item Description: If a freebie is added to your cart by way of your order qualifying for it, we will send a freebie matching the exact description provided on the website.Dispatch & Shipment: We may send the freebie in the exact same shipment as your parent order, or dispatch it in a completely different shipment depending on warehouse availability. -
Discretionary Freebies
Surprise gifts, compensatory items, or manual additions.
Brand Rights: For freebies offered for any reason other than automatic cart qualification, Kyoot Kosmetics holds the sole right to determine the final item, its nature, quality, and quantity.Timeline & Mode: The shipping timeline and shipping mode for discretionary freebies will be exclusively determined by the brand. These may also be sent with the parent order or separately.

| Damaged Freebies | While we ensure secure packaging, freebies (being complimentary items) are not strictly covered under our standard damage replacement warranty. Replacement of a damaged freebie is solely at the brand's discretion. |
| Stock Unavailability | In the rare event that a cart-qualified freebie goes out of stock after order placement, Kyoot Kosmetics reserves the right to replace it with an alternative product of similar or higher value. |
| Cash & Exchange Value | Freebies hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for other products, transferred to other accounts, or claimed as monetary discounts under any circumstances. |
