Take These 2 Steps Immediately
Step A: Record Your Unboxing Video
Create an original, uncut, unedited video of you opening your package. This is mandatory for us to process your claim.
Step B: Contact Us Within 24 Hours
Email or WhatsApp us with the following:
- Order Number
- Registered Phone Number
- Details of the Issue
- Your unboxing video attached
Our Solution
After reviewing your evidence, we will send you a **no-cost replacement** for the faulty item.
A refund will **only** be issued if the item is out of stock and we cannot offer a replacement.
Important Notes:
- Complaints must be filed within **24 hours** of delivery.
- We cannot resolve issues via social media DMs (Instagram/Facebook).
