  To cancel a COD order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it.

  Our system will send an automated WhatsApp confirmation. If you don't confirm within 12 hours, the order will be auto-cancelled.

  Misuse of COD: If a COD order is cancelled after shipping or refused upon delivery, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your future orders and/or add a cancellation fee.
