Our Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation terms, which vary slightly for Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Prepaid Orders
Cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
Once your order is placed, our team begins packing and processing right away. This means we cannot cancel, remove, or swap items from your order.
You can try to **add** items to your order if it hasn't shipped yet. Feel free to contact us with your Order ID to check.
Once your order is shipped, **no edits, swaps, or cancellations** are possible.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cancellations are possible only before your order is shipped.
To cancel a COD order, please reach out to us within **2 hours** of placing it.
Our system will send an automated **WhatsApp confirmation**. If you don't confirm within 12 hours, the order will be auto-cancelled.
Misuse of COD: If a COD order is cancelled after shipping or refused upon delivery, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your future orders and/or add a cancellation fee.
Important Note on Refunds:
A refund may **only** be issued in the case of an inventory shortage, for the purpose of a replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
