Order Cancellation Policy

  1. FOR PREPAID ORDERS

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel an order. However, please be advised that once payment has been received for your order, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

NOTE: In rare instances where Kyoot Kosmetics is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability or logistical issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued.

 

  1. FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel an order. 

Cash on Delivery Orders, once they are placed, are verified via WhatsApp before they are dispatched. Read about the Verification Process here.

So for Cash on Delivery Orders, Cancellation may be done either before or at the time of verification of your order via WhatsApp, whichever is prior to the other. If Cancellation is attempted after dispatch, a COD Order Cancellation Fee shall apply on your next Order with Kyoot. Read about our Cash on Delivery Policy here.
