We usually take a maximum of 2 days to process and dispatch orders, after which our logistics team works tirelessly to deliver the Kyoot Packges to your doorstep. Delivery estimate dates, order status and other delivery related information and updates will be provided to you via SMS on your registered mobile number (average delivery time is 6-8 days).
All orders once placed via the medium of our website are not eligible for cancellations under any circumstances. All sales are final in nature and cannot be reversed as per customers’ convenience.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not issue any refunds/returns due to the hygienic nature of our product. No requests for refunds will be entertained under normal circumstances. We ensure safe and secured delivery along with 100 percent accurate pictures on our website.
However, if damaged product is received, you are requested to shoot an original and clear video of package unboxing for estimation of damage to the product and drop a complaint at +91-88605 90246. The aforesaid video should be shot and sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the package for reasonable consideration of your complaint. Any complaints sent after the prescribed time will not be eligible for consideration.
The video hence provided will be reviewed by our customer support and logistic teams who will then ascertain the next course of action and communicate to you via mail.
Please provide us with 5-6 working days to consider, review and solve all complaints regarding receiving of damaged product.
