Delivery of wrong/defective/damaged/broken product We at Kyoot Kosmetics, have committed ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item and we take excessive care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.
We do this to ensure that there is no scope of delivery of wrong/damaged product(s) to your doorstep.
However, there may be exceptional cases wherein you may receive damaged product due to unforeseen shipping turbulences etc. or receive a different product than you ordered. In such a case, please raise a complaint via WhatsApp by filing it on +91-7606060716 within 48 hours of the delivery of the said product.
The complaint message shall include:
1) Your Order Number
2) Images of the wrong/defective/damaged/broken product that was delivered to you.
Our team will get back within 12-24 hours of the submission of your complaint mail and arrange a reverse pick up for the defective product at no extra cost. Subsequently, a replacement will be dispatched for you for the exact same product as was previously order but was received damaged/wrong. In case of damaged item, replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. In case of wrong item, replacement will be dispatched after we receive the previous wrongly sent product back. Hence, please ensure that if you receive a wrong item, you do not break its seal/tamper with it/use it.
In case the product/shade is not as per your liking, we do not have the options to exchange, accept return or refund the amount for the said item. Hence, it is extra important for you to place orders after checking shade and product descriptions thoroughly.
